At Cross Stitched, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible decor and linens. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.

• 3.
  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
